This is with reference to your editorial of April 20 titled ‘Military displays’. For a year now, the military has been saying that America has not been reimbursing it from the Coalition Support Fund. However, at the same time a massive exercise is being conducted. Also, if I may respectfully ask, what is the rationale of conducting an exercise on the eastern border when we are fighting militants in the northwest?
