KARACHI:
The official website of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), www.pta.gov.pk, has been nominated in the first Pakistan Web Awards.
The event will be organised by The Xeptionalz and patronised by the ministry of information technology. PTA’s website has an English, Urdu and mobile version along with an exclusive feature of ‘text to speech’ for people with disabilities.
The Xeptionalz chairman Tariq Hussain said that the nomination of the PTA will encourage other sectors to promote the IT sector.
