KARACHI:
Anti-Corruption Court has again issued a non-bailable warrant for the arrest of absconding officer in NICL scam, Amin Qasim Dada. Former chairman Ayaz Khan Nayazi of NICL was not brought into the court at the time of hearing despite orders from the court.
Jail authorities said that Nayazi is admitted in hospital which is why he could not be brought to the court. Court ordered to present the suspect at the next hearing before adjourning it.
