KARACHI:
An alleged Tehreek-e-Taliban Swat vice commander, Nazeer Ahmed alias Waqas, was sent to jail on Saturday by the order of Judicial Magistrate West Peer Syed Asadullah Shah Rashidi. The accused was arrested by the Sindh Police Crime Investigation Department (CID) near Valika Hospital, SITE on June 23. The CID recovered a pistol and five rounds of bullets from Waqas when they took him into custody.
