MUZAFFARABAD:
Two people died on the spot and 17 sustained injuries as a van – en route to Muzaffarabad from Atta – overturned and fell into River Neelam, near Chhal Paani, Express 24/7 reported Friday.
According to the witnesses, the driver was speeding when he lost control and the van fell into the river.
The injured have been moved to nearby hospitals.
