QUETTA:
The kidnapped Quetta Electricity Supply Company Chief Engineer Operations and Maintenance Abdul Rauf Baloch returned home on Wednesday night.
A group of armed men kidnapped Baloch from Satellite Town around two months ago. Sources said that Baloch paid a huge amount of money as ransom. However, the administration has denied it saying that as a result of hectic efforts and pressure, the kidnappers were compelled to release the engineer.
