LAHORE:
The Environment Protection Department (EPD) served notice on a furniture making unit in Shalimar on Wednesday.
EPD said the unit was located in a residential area and operating without getting a No Objection Certificate (NOC) . The owner has been issued a notice for noise pollution and zoning violation.
