In recognition of the efforts for provision of best customer outreach services by Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL), Haroon Khan was given the “Top Agent of the Contact Centre Award” at the annual dinner gala and awards ceremony of the PTCL Contact Centre in Lahore, says a press release.
