LAHORE:
A man was convicted of murder and awarded the death sentence on Wednesday by Additional District and Sessions Judge Munir Ahmed. The judge acquitted two other men giving them the benefit of doubt. Convict Muhammad Akram was also ordered to pay Rs300,000 to the heirs of the deceased. Muhammad Irfan and Moazzam were released.
