LAHORE:
Lahore High Court on Friday dismissed as withdrawn a petition against an order of the chief minister through which publication of Islamiat textbooks for ninth graders under the new syllabus was stopped.
The court had stayed publication but on Friday, the petitioner stated that the dispute had been resolved and payment of compensation agreed.
