GUJRANWALA:
A man committed suicide by taking poison in here on Saturday. Police said the deceased, Imran, a resident of Baghbanpura, had had an argument with his family before he took poison. He was taken to Civil Hospital where he later died, police said. In another incident, a woman resident of Mafiwala, attempted suicide by taking poison after her husband had scolded her. The woman was taken to a hospital where her condition was later reported to be out of danger.
