KARACHI:
A newborn baby was found dead from an empty ground near UP Mor in North Karachi on Monday.
An Edhi spokesperson told The Express Tribune that the body, which was wrapped in a piece of cloth, was recovered after residents informed Edhi. The body was moved to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital and was later buried in the Edhi graveyard in Mawach Goth as no one came to claim the child.
According to initial reports, a total of four dead newborn babies were recovered.
