MOHMAND AGENCY:
One khasadar official was killed and five others were injured in two improvised electric device (IED) blasts in Mohmand Agency Saturday morning, Express News reported.
An official of Upper Mohmand political administration said that FC men were patrolling the Chamarkand area of Safi Tehsil in the agency when a planted IED device went off, injuring one FC personnel and two civilians.
After this incident, khasadar officials were visiting the scene of crime when another IED device went off killing one official and injuring two others.
A search operation was held in the area following the incident.
