Senior journalist and television anchor Hamid Mir has left Pakistan to settle in the United Kingdom, a private TV channel reported quoting sources. It added that Mir, along with his wife and daughter, has shifted to London. Mir’s son, Yasir, is already in London for education. Sources told the channel that Mir’s stay in London would be a prolonged one where he would also seek medical treatment for the wounds he sustained in a gun attack in Karachi on April 19.
