LAHORE:
The Gujranwala CPO has dismissed an inspector, issued a warning to an SI and a show-cause notice to an ASI for poor investigation of a robbery. An inquiry has also been ordered against a constable on the orders of Punjab Ombudsman Javed Mehmood.
According to a probe by the ombudsman, Nowshera Virkan SHO Ijaz Warraich had delayed action over a robbery in 2014.
