If Shehzad does not apologise, Zaman has planned to stage a protest against him in the next match against England in Abu Dhabi.

Zaman explained that he was in the Inter-Continental hotel with his host’s son in the UAE when the incident occurred. “We went to the hotel just to have a glimpse of Pakistan cricketers and for a chance to take a picture with them,” Zaman told a local newspaper from Abu Dhabi.
“It is normal routine for Pakistan fans to request the cricketers for pictures.”
Zaman said they could only find Shehzad in the lobby as they were late to reach the hotel in the night around 10:45pm.

“I requested him for a picture with my friend’s nephew but he rudely told us to get lost,” continued Zaman.
“When Zaman asked him to show some respect Shehzad blasted them angrily and told Zaman that he was a liar and conspirator.
“He (Shehzad) also threatened me of serious consequences,” added Zaman.
Zaman said he did not understand Shehzad’s frustration because all players treated him respectfully and this was an odd incident.
“Earlier in the day, some supporters in the ground were hooting at Shehzad and passing on comments on him and I spoke to them and refrained them from showing such behaviour.
“Shehzad was also looking at me at that time and maybe he thought that I was behind those spectators,” Zaman said, adding that may be he was angry at former PCB chairman Ijaz Butt for his allegations in an interview against him that he was like a servant to Pakistan T20 captain Shahid Afridi and was frustrated enough to attack whoever he was coming across.

Zaman said he supports Pakistan team for the sheer love for the game and nothing else ‘but instead of appreciating me, I was misbehaved and threatened’. Chacha, then added, that the management should ask Shehzad to tender an apology or he will stage a protest against him in the second Test.
Talking to The Express Tribune, Shehzad denied the altercation with the fan and said that the incident is being blown out of proportion. The opener said he had politely told Zaman that he had to get back to his room because it was late in the night.
Note: Due to a confusion, the wrong Chacha was put up in the picture. The real person being discussed in this story is this one. We surely need to enlist all the Chachas of our cricket scene, old and new ones, to clear the air and that too very soon.

No matter what happened between the two.
History proves that Shehzad as an individual is arrogant, self praising and a show off. You can’t see humbleness in him. May Allah guide him.
This guy is out of control and needs to be taught a lesson. He is too full of himself.
PCB should uncover the Indian hand in this episode and make a set of dossier (sartaz Aziz can help) and hand it over to ICC, in the next meet!
Shehzad is a medicore Virat Kohli-wannabe batsman who should stick to taking selfies with his uncomfortably close buddy Shahid Afridi.
I think there is need to validate what chacha cricket claiming here, I first hand experienced that in one of matches here in Dubai cha cha himself was very rude and insulting to the to people who wanted to have picture with him.
Our chacha is acting liking a chacha. Do it my way or else.
So when Shehzad said no, should have respected and left him alone. The way comments are being attributed are typical way how we try to disrespect somone.
Chacha…you are a liar here.
May be shahzad is upset with chacha appearing in PTI jalsas.
If the chacha tries to protest in UAE.before the first day of the second match he will be sitting in pakistan.as he will be deported.This is UAE not pakistan that you can do such nonsence.
First I am no fan of Shahzad mainly due to his attitude issues which has belittled his cricketing talent. However please keep in mind that Chacha Cricket is also a self proclaimed super star. Being a regular in cricket stadia of UAE I have seen him misbehaving with his compatriots many times. May be finally both of them have met their match.
He thinks of himself Kolhi when he is no where near Kolhi,s class .Bad behaviour has no excuse what so ever. He once try to preach Sri Lankan batsman aswell .He is absolute CHAWAL
This man comes last in my list of cricketers that I will watch. Make that a few places lower. He is just overrated – by himself.
i agree with zaheer ahmad
Although Ahmed Shehzad is infamous for being a narcissist, he may have not mistreated chacha deliberately. The fan, in particular those fans who have access to the hotels where players reside at temporarily must understands that unlike the fans, the players have to face numerous people, of which few are hatemongering, and those taking jibes at players, with few even flinging swear words at them. Therefore, mood swings tend to happen when these circumstances are prevailing and the die hard fans need to understand that such outburst are inevitable to occur. However, the least Shehzad could do is take to twitter and clarify that he didn’t meant to do anything being publicized in the media.
chacha looks like gullu butt
Its not a.metter of pic its all respect which our culture our religion teach us.ahmad shehzad chacha is very much older than u.he z right r wrong no matter.u do apologize and be more decent.
Ever heard of ‘personal space’ Cha-cha?? Or do you want everybody to dance the cha-cha-cha whenever you want.
@Dr. Shahid Masood:
Good one Dr. Sb.,
Soo many Chachas of cricket! I fear one day they are going to outnumber the cricketers themselves lol :p
What an ego this maniac chacha has. You can’t force someone to apologies, it has to come from one’s heart or it isn’t an apology. Players are barred from mixing with people and they are under so much scrutiny during tours. He did not know who were the other people with chacha. One picture with a wrong person could jeopardize his whole career. Well done Shehzad, you acted professionally.
Is he obliged to have a photo with every single human being who comes his way ? Why don’t the fans respect their private lives ? when some one is not in a mood than better pull back in order to maintain your own respect.
It’s Shehzad’s choice whether he wants a photo with a fan or not. What’s the big deal? Shehzad doesn’t owe him anything.
Recently on my flight from Dubai int. airport I was sitting outside the sleeping rooms where Shahid Afridi and Ahmed Shehzad a were sitting. I respectfully went in said Salam and requested if I could have a picture. Afridi clearly was not feeling well but still allowed me to take one with him whereas Ahmed in a very rude manner told me “EK picture ley li hai thats enough” it was on only after Afridi said I’ll take one of you guys did he agree.
That’s the difference between a superstar like “Afridi” and a tucha show off arrogant person like Ahmed Shehzad.
@Dr. Shahid Masood:
He can also tell about Kashmir
it is not possible for stars to treat everyone with cheerish mode, he is an individual and being a human being he can have some domestic problem as well. One should not interfere in some personal life time for his own enjoyment. Chacha should also be mindful
@Dr. Shahid Masood:
Hahahaha.. Good one dude
