Pooja Bhatt in Pakistan for ‘Fashion Week’

Celebrated actor and director Pooja Bhatt arrived in Karachi on Thursday, with conflicting media reports on her engagements.

A source told The Express Tribune that she’s in town to walk the ramp at Fashion Pakistan Week 2016 (FPW).

However, reports also suggested she’s here to attend a private ceremony.

The Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin actor was the show stopper for Deepak Perwani at FPW 2015, and a close source told The Express Tribune that she’ll grace the ramp this year as well.

Pooja, like her father Mahesh Bhatt, has been in support of Pakistani talent working in India, and shares a warm equation with the people from Pakistan. “It is neither nationalism nor blackmail. It is schoolyard bullying at its best and worst,” Pooja had tweeted amidst Uri attack ban.
